清湯蘿蔔炆牛腩

材料:
♦️Silver Fern 草飼牛腩 1kg @foodieyardhk
♦️白蘿蔔1條
♦️薑、香葉 3塊八角3粒
♦️Organic走地雞雞湯 100ml
♦️滾水 100ml
♦️粉紅粗鹽2茶匙
♦️赤藻糖 2茶匙
♦️蒟蒻麵

作法:
1. 將薑在壓力煲爆香
2. 將牛腩放入煲微微煎香
3. 把100ml 滾水倒入煲內
4. 再倒入100ml雞湯
5. 再加入香葉,八角,糖和鹽
6. 先將牛腩炆15分鐘
7. 熄火排氣再放入蘿蔔炆8分鐘
