Basic member

Shopping Credit Terms and Conditions:

• All shopping credits must be used within 365 days from the issuance date. Expired shopping credits will be voided.

• Shopping credits can only be used on purchases over HK$100.
• Total annual spending (excluding shipping fees) will automatically convert into shopping credit rebates.
• Shopping credits can be used for full-priced items or during promotional periods (excluding discounted items).
• Shopping credits will be automatically deducted and displayed on the order at checkout.
• Members can check their shopping credit balance in the "Store Shopping Credit" section of their account.
• Deducted shopping credits or discounts will not be reimbursed.
• Shopping credits are settled in Hong Kong dollars. Any display of amounts other than Hong Kong dollars is for reference only.
• Shopping credits will only be rewarded for orders with a net amount of HK$100 or above.
• The value of the rewarded shopping credits is calculated based on the member's rebate percentage, which is deducted from the actual payment net amount after all discounts and shopping credits have been applied. The system automatically updates this at 12:00 am every day.
• The usage period for shopping credits is 365 days. Expired credits will be voided automatically.
• Once shopping credits are used, they cannot be refunded, even if the order is canceled for any reason.
• All canceled orders will not receive shopping credit rebates, and any previously rewarded shopping credit for the canceled purchase will also be canceled.
• Shopping credits will not be given if you place an order without registering as a FOODIE YARD online store member.
• If there are decimal points in the shopping credit calculation, they will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
• Members must be logged in to their account to be eligible for receiving and using shopping credits and VIP member birthday benefits at checkout.
