After placing an order and making payment, the shipment will be dispatched within approximately 1-2 working days (excluding pre-order items). There is no minimum order amount for delivery.
🛍️ How much for free shipping? 🛒
1）Free shipping for orders over $399, standard delivery (dry goods at room temperature). Please note that chocolate products may melt!
2）For orders over $399, you can add $30 for temperature-controlled logistics delivery (dry goods + refrigerated goods + chocolate).
3）Free shipping for orders over $599, temperature-controlled logistics delivery (dry goods + refrigerated goods + chocolate).
🛍️ If the order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold:
1️⃣ Free self-pickup at the store.
2️⃣ $68 shipping fee for dry goods and refrigerated goods (choose this option for chocolate or frozen meat products).
3️⃣ Local logistics cash on delivery (except for hospitals/airports/schools/racecourses/outlying islands) with an initial shipping fee of $27 HKD
($27/1kg, $32/2kg, $36/3kg, etc.).
4️⃣ SF Express cash on delivery (no shipping fee will be charged during checkout; the customer will pay the shipping fee to SF Express upon receiving the package).
5️⃣ Gogovan cash on delivery (no shipping fee will be charged during checkout; the customer will pay the shipping fee to the Gogovan driver upon receiving the package).
