♦️100ml@whipping cream
♦️100ml@水
♦️2pcs@蛋
♦️25g@赤藻糖
作法
♦️雞蛋打成蛋漿
♦️取30ᴍʟ水加熱,倒入糖煮溶
♦️把cream,糖水倒入蛋漿,再攪勻
♦️蛋漿過篩
♦️蛋漿可分兩碗,用保鮮紙包好(用牙籤吉個小洞)
♦️待水滾放蛋漿大火蒸5分鐘,再轉中火蒸8分鐘
♦️將適量赤藻糖灑在燉蛋面
♦️再用火槍燒至微焦
