Description
伊比利亞黑毛豬 幼豬在放養之前都是喂養精心配比的穀物（大豆，小麥，大麥碾碎混合橄榄油，水一起調配）。
長到十個月的时候放養階段，橡果園低密度放養，平均每天吃七公斤橡果，三公斤青草，长到十八至二十四个月才被宰殺。
由於放養在西班牙伊比利亞橡果樹林中，以橡果為主食，因而其油脂豐富就像和牛的雪花一樣，肉質細膩爽口，帶有淡淡橡果香味，屏且其脂肪為單一的不飽和脂肪酸，與橄欖油類似，因而伊比利亞黑毛豬被喻為“行走的橄欖樹”。

"CERDO IBÉRICO" 西班牙黑毛豬就是出自這隻”伊利比亞名種黑毛豬”，要成為這隻國寶級的黑毛豬，必需要附合以下幾個條件:-

  • 100% 放養, 可隨山而跑 
  • 100% 自行覓食山上 橡果、杏果、野草和水果作糧食
  • 最少吃足六個月橡果
  • 體重達180斤或以上
  • 不止一身黑色, 蹄亦是黑色的

此豬毛少而皮膚呈黑色，豬蹄尖長同樣呈黑色，相傳是由飼養豬隻和野豬雜交的品種，由此豬製作的各款菜式，都為世界馳名。
