Ingredients: Mainly includes coconut milk, water, red curry paste (garlic, shallots, dried red chilies, lemongrass, salt, galangal, coriander seeds, cumin, pepper), palm oil, sugar, and fish sauce.

Flavor and How to Use

Thai red curry has an orange-red color and smells of coconut milk.
When cooking, deseed the soaked dried red chilies and pound them into a paste with garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, and other spices.
Suitable for pairing with beef or seafood. Adding pineapple, tomatoes, and grapes can reduce the spiciness and increase the sweet and sour fruity flavor.
