材料:
♦️豬腩肉700g
♦️薑數片
♦️蒜頭3粒
♦️紅蔥頭1粒
♦️生酮老抽 5ml
♦️生酮豉油 30ml
♦️Allulose 40g
♦️紹興酒 30ml

做法:

  1. 用跑活水方法把腩肉汆水
  2. 撈起肉沖洗乾淨備用
  3. 爆香薑,蒜和紅蔥頭,撈起備用
  4. 落40g Allulose 並加15ml水煮焦糖,糖轉深色後再落豬腩肉煎香並令其焦糖化
  5. 腩肉轉色後再落剛才備用的薑蔥蒜,豉油,老抽,紹興酒和水在壓力煲開蓋炆5分鐘,期間不斷反轉豬腩肉令其上色。然後閂蓋細火炆5分鐘,熄火排氣開蓋。再把腩肉轉另一邊再炆3分鐘,熄火自然排氣。
  6. 6最後用娃娃菜鋪碟,然後放上豬腩肉,完成
