四川直送的紅花椒，青花椒。四種精選辣椒包括二荊條乾，味道香且辣，燈籠椒取其色，配合小米椒的辣以及新鮮指天椒的鮮，制作出鮮，香，麻，辣，層次豐富的獨特味道。以芥花籽油慢火煮成。可用作拌面，蘸肉片，火鍋等菜式。

四川直送的紅花椒，青花椒。四種精選辣椒包括二荊條乾，味道香且辣，燈籠椒取其色，配合小米椒的辣以及新鮮指天椒的鮮，制作出鮮，香，麻，辣，層次豐富的獨特味道。以芥花籽油慢火煮成。可用作拌面，蘸肉片，火鍋等菜式。

【制作工藝】
青花椒比例特多，做出先辣後麻，而且麻味持久的獨特味道。說它古惑，是因為初嘗的時候以為辣味輕微，隨后麻味和突出的香味持續滲出，一不為意就被它騙到。
所有材料烹煮的時候才鮮磨成粉，保留最鮮香的味道。青，紅花椒加入少許清水讓香味，辣味更佳釋放。精准控制火候，大火逼出花椒的香味，小火釋出辣椒的紅油，最后冷油讓椒麻醬靜止在最理想的狀態。
