建議食法1: 不沾煎鍋
1) 預早一晚把鴨髀放在冷藏櫃(0-4°C)解凍
2) 打開包裝,用湯匙輕輕刮去表面過多的鴨油
3) 冷鍋落小許初榨橄欖油,將鴨髀皮朝下放落煎鍋
3) 以中小火慢慢煎至表皮金黃酥脆後反轉鴨髀,略煎另一面即可上碟。

建議食法2: 焗爐 - 油封鴨髀飯
1) 預早一晚把鴨髀放卡冷藏櫃(0-4°C)解凍
2) 焗爐預熱至200℃
3) 打開包裝,將油封鴨髀皮朝上放焗盆上,再放入焗爐上層,焗約20分鐘至鴨髀表皮金黃香脆
4) 取出鴨髀,用叉子將鴨肉分成絲狀備用,與荷包蛋一起鋪在白飯上
5) 淋上小許焗盆剩餘的鴨油,就是一碗美味的油封鴨髀飯了

Tip 1: 由於油封鴨髀十分酥軟,加熱操作時,動作需要較為溫柔。
Tip 2: 在油封鴨髀淋上小許橄欖油黑醋汁除了可以令風味更佳,亦有減輕油膩感的作用。
Tip 3: 剩餘的鴨油及在煎鍋底的鴨湯汁充滿了鴨的精華,可以用作炒菜、煎馬鈴薯片、煮飯、湯米粉之類,十分美味!
