煮食爐烹調法 (3 – 4人份):
將4湯匙(60克)油混和於400毫升椰漿內,以中火煮2分鐘;
加入紅咖喱醬(50克),拌煮2分鐘之後,面層會形成一層薄薄的油;
再加入200克肉類;
以½湯匙(7克) 魚露及1²/3湯匙(33克) 糖作調味;
然後加110毫升水,煮10分鐘;
最後以羅勒⼂辣椒及泰式青檸果皮作裝飾便成。
